These terms apply to your use of auwion.com and our client portal. By using this site or signing up for an account, you agree to them.

Our services

Auwion provides implementation, support, and consulting services for Business Central, Zoho Books, and Odoo, along with related bookkeeping services. The scope, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins.

Client portal accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Portal access is intended for clients with an active or prior engagement with Auwion; we may link or restrict accounts accordingly.

Contact form and communication

Submitting the contact form doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on either side — it simply lets us respond to your enquiry.

Pricing and quotes

Any pricing discussed via the contact form, phone, or email is provided as a quote and isn't binding until confirmed in writing (including by email) by both parties.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we can't guarantee that any software integration or implementation will be completely free of issues. Auwion isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, beyond what's required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
